Leads onsite IT support for the Hong Kong office, providing deskside and remote assistance across hardware, software, identity, networking, mobile devices, and enterprise applications. Supports executives and trading teams, manages escalations, tickets, onboarding, device lifecycle, MDM, endpoint security, conference rooms, vendors, office technology initiatives, documentation, automation, and disaster recovery. Mentors junior support staff and participates in a global 24/7 emergency on-call rotation.

Leads product vision and delivery for custom financial infrastructure engagements spanning traditional finance and digital assets. Owns prioritization, translates institutional and regulatory requirements into engineering specifications, runs client discovery with senior stakeholders, and advises on settlement, custody, clearing, reconciliation, tokenization, and on-chain flows. Partners with architects and engineers, challenges assumptions, aligns client expectations with roadmaps, and champions AI tools to improve execution.
