Provide high-level administrative support to three senior Trading leaders and the Head of Firmwide Research: manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel and accommodation, process expenses, host guests, coordinate with other admins, run ad hoc projects, and apply AI tools to improve team productivity and outputs.

Serve as on-site EHS technical resource for a data center campus: develop and maintain compliance programs, perform JHAs and risk assessments, manage hazardous waste (RCRA), lead incident investigations and corrective actions, deliver EHS training, maintain OSHA recordkeeping, inspect safe work practices, and advise operations and construction teams.

The Growth & Development Analyst role involves deal origination, market research, financial analysis, and execution in data center development, focusing on financial modeling and strategic insights.
