Manage global payroll operations and support Galaxy’s Workday implementation through data migration, configuration, testing, integrations, payroll readiness, and go-live. Responsibilities include payroll audits and reconciliations, HRIS administration, employee data integrity, vendor management, compliance, reporting, documentation, training, and process improvement across multiple countries. The role partners with People, Finance, Technology, Legal, vendors, and employees while handling sensitive information.

Reviews and processes account-opening applications for Galaxy entities across banks, cryptocurrency exchanges, and custodians. Ensures KYC, AML, regulatory, and internal policy compliance; coordinates with sales, legal, compliance, and operations to resolve documentation gaps; maintains accurate internal records and audit trails; monitors timely processing; and contributes to process improvements. The role requires financial services experience, strong attention to detail, communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Conduct KYC onboarding, customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, sanctions and adverse-media screening, AML alert investigations, and transaction monitoring for digital-asset clients. Review customer risk rankings, escalate compliance concerns, support suspicious activity reporting, improve BSA/AML procedures, assist with regulatory audits, and guide institutional clients through onboarding. Collaborate with senior management, Legal, Technology, investors, and business teams while maintaining a client-focused experience.
