Lead end-to-end customer data migrations onto gaiia: discover legacy systems, design migration strategy, extract/transform/load data, validate and reconcile, run cutovers, and stabilize post-go-live while building repeatable processes and influencing migration tooling.

Own technical execution of customer data migrations: explore source systems, export data, author declarative version-controlled mappings, transform and validate data, run end-to-end migrations on internal platform, build reusable templates/validation, troubleshoot discrepancies, and document mapping and transformation logic for auditable production cutovers.
