Owns end-to-end technical recruiting for customer-facing engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, technical fluency assessment, coordination, candidate experience, offer negotiation, and closing. The recruiter will build recruiting processes from scratch, develop Boolean searches, source through LinkedIn, GitHub, networking communities, and referrals, manage Rippling workflows, report funnel metrics, and partner directly with executive and engineering leaders. The role is fully remote with occasional travel.

Design end-to-end billing, invoicing, payments, collections, and discount experiences for a B2B telecommunications platform. Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and customers to research problems, prototype solutions, ship polished interfaces, and evolve the Boreal design system. Simplify complex workflows through user research, testing, experimentation, and rapid iteration while maintaining accessibility, clarity, and strong interaction design.

Build and improve AI-powered customer support agents for telecommunications providers. Responsibilities include developing the agent runtime, configuration tools, observability dashboards, evaluation frameworks, safety guardrails, continuous-improvement systems, and omnichannel integrations across voice, chat, email, and SMS. The role uses TypeScript across frontend, backend, and infrastructure in a serverless microservices environment, with emphasis on LLMs, agent design, product quality, and customer trust.
