Lead product and customer marketing: create thought leadership and demand-generating content, produce customer case studies, run webinars, own positioning/messaging and GTM for launches, manage PR and content distribution, and enable Sales with assets and onboarding.

The Senior Manager, Events & Community will manage all aspects of event planning, logistics, and execution, ensuring gaiia's brand is represented effectively at various events. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, collaborating with teams, and measuring event performance.

Design end-to-end B2B product experiences for gaiia's telco platform, partner with product and engineering to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions, run research and rapid iteration, evolve the design system, collaborate with QA on specs and edge cases, and use AI responsibly to increase design impact while raising craft, accessibility, and clarity.
