One-year research internship supporting catalogue and provenance research, exhibition and consignment preparation, and library management. Tasks include researching auction sales and museum holdings, writing research dossiers and sales-oriented texts, maintaining cataloguing standards and house style, assisting with library acquisitions and inventory, and occasional document layout using InDesign. Works cross-departmentally to support time-sensitive exhibitions and consignments.

Serve as front desk and administrative support for the NYC gallery: manage reception and calls, logistics and shipments, events, database upkeep, basic finance reporting, intern mentorship, and assist with publications and ad hoc projects.

Provides administrative, calendar, logistical, and sales support to a Sales Director at a contemporary art gallery. Manages client relationships, sales offers, consignments, appraisals, invoicing, shipments, viewings, exhibitions, events, invitations, gifts, presentations, records, and correspondence. Coordinates with clients, artists, curators, studio representatives, and internal departments while maintaining discretion, organization, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
