Provide comprehensive executive and personal support to the COO and President by managing calendars, travel, communications, and personal appointments. Prepare reports and presentations, coordinate meetings and office events, handle correspondence and basic bookkeeping, maintain confidentiality, perform research and special projects, and support household staff and logistics as needed.

Provide courteous customer service at a marina: greet guests, perform fuel and supply sales, assist with docking, launching and loading boats, maintain a clean and safe pier environment, and follow company procedures. Part-time seasonal role; weekends required.

Manage the employee lifecycle across recruiting, onboarding, engagement, performance support, and offboarding. Provide HR support to employees and managers, assist payroll and benefits administration, maintain confidential employee records, and implement culture, recognition, and development programs. Handle HR paperwork (unemployment, injury reporting, FMLA) and help streamline HR processes and tools.

Prepare and cook menu items on grill and sauté stations to recipe and quality standards; maintain food safety and cleanliness; assist with prep, stocking, and organization; ensure consistent portioning, presentation, and taste; communicate with chefs and servers during service. Work dinner shifts and weekends; must be able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
