The System Engineer is responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, providing technical support, mentoring staff, managing tickets, and ensuring excellent customer service while pursuing technical certifications.

The System Engineer will troubleshoot and upgrade IT infrastructure, provide advanced technical support, mentor junior engineers, and manage support tickets in a hybrid work environment.

Lead territory sales growth by prospecting, cold calling, social selling, and networking. Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close, maintain CRM pipeline and forecasts, execute demand generation campaigns, and build consultative client relationships in the Metro East region.

Provide advanced help-desk and systems engineering support for client environments: maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade desktops, servers, virtualization, networking, cloud services, and storage. Resolve escalations, mentor Service Desk staff, manage tickets and calendars, participate in on-call rotation, maintain documentation and KPIs, and pursue relevant certifications while working in a hybrid team environment.
