Leads enterprise software product strategy and delivery across Syspro ERP, PIM, ecommerce, CRM, warehouse, and business applications. Oversees integrations, automation, data governance, SQL Server development, ERP upgrades, application support, and process improvement. Serves as the Syspro and PIM subject matter expert, manages technology projects, and leads a team of analysts and developers while partnering with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, ecommerce, and operations leaders.

Fills pillows and cushions to product specifications using equipment, hand tools, and manual techniques. Matches cushions with covers and furniture frames, verifies fill quantities, maintains inventory, receives supplies, inspects quality, and supports production schedules. Manages DOT requirements, applies NMFC and HTS codes, develops transportation strategies, tracks logistics metrics, negotiates pricing, and recommends service and cost improvements while supporting inbound and outbound product movement.

Provides enterprise-wide strategic and operational leadership, owning business plan execution, P&L performance, merchandising, marketing, sourcing, manufacturing, technology, distribution, and customer experience. Leads the executive team, drives accountability and organizational alignment, oversees budgets and forecasts, supports acquisitions, champions AI adoption, and represents the company with customers and trade partners. The role requires domestic and international travel of up to 50%.
