Develops and expands wholesale sales across the Mid-Atlantic territory by prospecting leads, managing customer relationships, negotiating deals, meeting revenue targets, coordinating order updates, tracking sales activity, and attending industry conferences. The role requires strong communication, organization, negotiation, cold-calling, and territory sales skills, with a focus on lead conversion, order volume, and revenue growth.

Leads enterprise software product strategy and delivery across Syspro ERP, PIM, ecommerce, CRM, warehouse, and business applications. Oversees integrations, automation, data governance, SQL Server development, ERP upgrades, application support, and process improvement. Serves as the Syspro and PIM subject matter expert, manages technology projects, and leads a team of analysts and developers while partnering with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, ecommerce, and operations leaders.

Leads enterprise-wide supply chain strategy and execution across sourcing, inventory planning, replenishment, quality, procurement, domestic manufacturing, and global imports. Owns SIOP, forecasting, capacity planning, supplier performance, quality standards, packaging sustainability, and cost improvement. Develops domestic and offshore teams, resolves constrained supply situations, partners with Finance and executive leadership, and drives service levels, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, OTIF performance, and customer experience.
