Coordinates domestic and export grain transactions by liaising with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal teams. Negotiates truck freight rates, optimizes routes, manages bulk truck logistics, addresses delivery requirements, generates activity reports, and ensures compliance with food safety and grain segregation programs.

Serves as the first point of contact for the corporate head office, managing reception, calls, visitors, meeting logistics, courier shipments, cheque deposits, office supplies, shared spaces, and general administrative support. Coordinates time-sensitive documents, interviews, catering, travel, expenses, and facilities needs while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, accuracy, and a welcoming office environment.

Handles grain terminal operations, including truck receiving, weighing, documentation, sampling, grading support, binning, transfers, grain cleaning, railcar and locomotive shipments, and customer service. Maintains clean, safe, efficient facilities, operates terminal systems and equipment, supports quality assessment, follows EH&S policies, and identifies process improvements. Effective communication and collaboration with farmers, truckers, coworkers, management, and head office are essential.

Coordinates IT projects, programs, initiatives, and workstreams from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include scheduling, work-plan development, budget and risk tracking, stakeholder communication, Agile ceremony facilitation, Scrum support, release planning, artifact maintenance, obstacle resolution, and reporting. The role manages multiple projects, supports software delivery teams, assists with business analysis, and translates technical challenges for nontechnical stakeholders.
