Administer, optimize, integrate, and sustain RSA SecurID MFA solutions across Active Directory, Entra ID, applications, network devices, and cloud environments. Troubleshoot authentication and directory issues, manage token lifecycles, and provide Tier II/III engineering support for Navy Intelligence mission systems supporting Zero Trust objectives.

Designs, implements, and maintains enterprise Azure and hybrid-cloud architectures supporting Zero Trust tools, identity services, and security monitoring. Responsibilities include managing Azure resources, subscriptions, networking, virtual machines, identity integrations, cloud baselines, automation, monitoring, documentation, and compliance. The role requires Azure engineering, cloud platform management, PowerShell, Python, ARM/Bicep, CI/CD, RMF support, active TS/SCI clearance, and DoD-approved IAT or IAM certification.

Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform and ITSM modules. Manage users, roles, workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and CMDB. Support Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog and Knowledge. Troubleshoot issues, assist with upgrades/patches, maintain documentation, and collaborate with technical teams and customers to improve platform functionality.
