The Naval Operations Lead oversees planning and execution of naval operations, integrating technical capabilities in DevSecOps and cloud technologies, while leading a team in strategic military initiatives.

The DevSecOps / Systems Engineer will support secure software solutions in DoD settings, deploying, integrating, and managing containerized applications, while automating infrastructure and enhancing CI/CD pipelines.

Provide first- and second-tier help desk support on a mission-focused watch floor: troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, peripheral, software, and connectivity issues; document incidents in ITSM; coordinate with network, systems, and application teams; install and maintain end-user devices; support incident management and adjust schedules during contingency/Real World events.

Provide on-site Tier 1–2 system and desktop support for Windows 11 and Server 2019 environments, manage Active Directory and Group Policy, maintain SIPR/NIPR compliance (STIG/DISA), perform patching, backup/recovery, asset management, document issues, and escalate Tier 3 problems while supporting audits and security readiness.
