Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 deskside support for Windows systems, Microsoft Office, hardware, peripherals, printers, network connectivity, virtual clients, and enterprise applications. Troubleshoots incidents, installs and maintains end-user devices, documents resolutions in an ITSM platform, and collaborates with network, systems, and application teams. Supports mission-critical DoD operations, including contingency events and schedule adjustments.

Designs and modernizes mission-critical DoD infrastructure, systems, and applications. Evaluates COTS/GOTS technologies, conducts alternatives analyses, develops technical architectures and documentation, implements cybersecurity controls, supports cloud and enterprise environments, integrates security platforms, troubleshoots complex systems, and provides technical leadership to junior engineers. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, DoD certifications, extensive systems engineering experience, and on-site support at MacDill Air Force Base.

Administer, optimize, integrate, and sustain RSA SecurID MFA solutions across Active Directory, Entra ID, applications, network devices, and cloud environments. Troubleshoot authentication and directory issues, manage token lifecycles, and provide Tier II/III engineering support for Navy Intelligence mission systems supporting Zero Trust objectives.
