Responsibilities include developing automated playbooks, integrating security and threat intelligence systems, managing clustering and performance, applying DISA and NAVINTEL security baselines, governing workflows, troubleshooting secure audit transmission, and implementing incident response procedures aligned with MITRE ATT&CK and NIST standards. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, IAT Level III certification, extensive CND experience, and significant Splunk expertise.

Administer IBM Apptio Costing, Planning, and Cloudability for a federal TBM and FinOps program. Responsibilities include configuring data integrations, cost models, allocation rules, TCO models, dashboards, showback and chargeback reporting, AWS cost analysis, forecasting, rightsizing, anomaly detection, permissions, troubleshooting, documentation, and platform operations. The role supports an 11-month implementation before assuming long-term sustainment, continuous improvement, customer onboarding, and leadership of the program’s technology financial-management capabilities.
