Manage day-to-day operations of G2's Gurgaon office including vendor and visitor management, workspace setup, maintenance, budgets, and administrative support. Plan employee engagement and corporate events, support onboarding logistics, and drive process optimization, documentation, and projects to ensure operational excellence and a positive workplace experience.

Design and deploy predictive models and simulations for auction/bidding dynamics, forecasting, segmentation, and recommendation systems. Build data-processing workflows, apply supervised and unsupervised ML, use advanced statistics to tune models, and collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams to deliver data-driven vendor experiences.
