Manage and grow an SMB customer book across the AMER region by owning renewals, upselling G2 marketing solutions, prospecting existing customers, forecasting opportunities in Salesforce, and closing expansion business. Partner with Customer Success Managers and internal stakeholders to communicate value, support customer outcomes, and drive retention. The role requires AMER working hours, an initial five-day Bengaluru office schedule, and eventual hybrid work.

The Sales Development Representative will contact qualified and prospective software buyers through phone, SMS, email, and social media. Responsibilities include identifying decision-makers, assessing software needs, matching buyers with appropriate internal sales associates, meeting daily call and quarterly quota targets, and participating in ongoing sales training.

Supports marketing budgeting, strategic planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across channels, countries, and brands. Analyzes campaign results, identifies optimization and growth opportunities, recommends spend reallocations, and develops actionable insights for leadership. Partners with Analytics, Data Science, Finance, and Marketing on forecasting, bidding models, experimentation, dashboards, and marketing P&L tracking. Uses AI tools, SQL, and Python to automate reporting and improve insight generation.
