Own end-to-end data science for fraud and risk detection products, including LLM and classical ML modeling, prompt engineering, evaluation, experimentation, monitoring, and production deployment. Partner with engineers on real-time streaming and batch systems while defining data-quality metrics, observability, labeling strategies, and performance improvements for adversarial, imperfectly labeled data.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, execution, commercialization, and growth of G2 Risk Solutions’ Bankruptcy Risk Solutions product portfolio across the Americas. Owns product vision, customer discovery, market research, prioritization, and KPI performance while partnering with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Operations, executives, and enterprise customers. Defines requirements and user stories in Jira, supports modernization and migrations, and drives data- and AI-informed product decisions.

Design and develop scalable Java backend services for a merchant risk platform. Build microservices on AWS, solve performance and business-logic challenges, own features from design through production, review code and architecture, and collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams. Contribute to AI-first development practices, platform architecture, engineering improvements, and merchant-classification capabilities.

Investigate and resolve customer technical issues by analyzing logs, API requests, database records, and integrations. Support customers and internal teams, troubleshoot REST APIs and SQL queries, manage tickets in Zendesk and Jira, and collaborate with Engineering and Product on escalations and resolutions. The role requires clear communication, prioritization, analytical problem-solving, and comfort working with global teams across time zones.
