Lead product design for an AI-powered productivity platform, focusing on human behavior, interaction design, user research, and polished execution. Design complex AI experiences including live transcription, personalized drafts, and cross-surface workflows across web and mobile. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, contribute to design systems and internal tooling, and ensure products remain coherent within AI-assisted development workflows.

Owns the full sales cycle for converting existing product users into paying enterprise teams. Responsibilities include prospecting within user accounts, discovery, demos, pricing, closing, and developing the initial sales playbook, messaging, sequences, qualification standards, and objection handling. The role requires independently closing deals, meeting quotas, building stakeholder relationships, and operating effectively in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
