Own and raise embroidery and digitization quality standards across partners. Define acceptance criteria, build QA metrics and scorecards, run partner capability reviews, create SOPs and technical briefs, drive production and digitization improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel to production sites to enforce and improve embroidery outcomes.

Identify and qualify outbound and inbound prospects, manage leads through the sales pipeline, set appointments, collaborate with Sales Operations to improve lead-generation processes, and report on sales activities and results.

Lead and grow an IT Automation Engineering team to design, build, and maintain internal automations, integrations, and business applications. Architect solutions, enforce engineering standards, apply DevOps/SRE practices, stay hands-on with coding and reviews, and partner with security and business teams to deliver predictable, measurable outcomes.
