Build dashboards, support forecasting and capacity planning, track plan-versus-actual performance, analyze partner and quality issues, and provide decision-ready insights to leadership. The role also improves data quality and supports ad hoc analysis across supply planning, operations, and network performance.

Lead the strategy and product direction for Printify Sales Hub, helping merchants progress from onboarding and product creation through first sale, early GMV, and retention. Own the product strategy, KPI framework, segmentation, experimentation, AI-led guidance, and commercial outcomes. Align Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial, Lifecycle Marketing, and leadership across multiple squads while making prioritization and investment decisions. Mentor Product Managers and develop reusable frameworks for merchant-success initiatives.

Provides legal research, regulatory compliance guidance, and international legal advice across multiple jurisdictions. Advises cross-functional teams on compliance, ESG legislation, legal risk, negotiations, and internal processes. Leads compliance projects, supports due diligence and framework development, participates in stakeholder and partner discussions, and oversees compliance document management systems.
