Upload and organize assets in internal systems and product catalogs, maintain consistent file naming, verify file quality, and collaborate with onboarding coordinators and teammates to support new product launches.

Manage high-volume B2B customer relationships globally, advising clients on ecommerce growth and identifying new business opportunities. Drive upselling and cross-selling, manage sales processes, forecast activity, achieve quarterly objectives, and serve as a trusted advisor. Collaborate cross-functionally to fulfill customer needs and improve the customer experience. The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, organization, technology and sales interest, adaptability, teamwork, and excellent English.

Own the Supplier Management product roadmap, including decorator self-onboarding, internal assortment tools, and AI-driven automation. Improve catalog data quality, supplier activation, catalog growth, and time-to-live through measurable product initiatives. Collaborate with decorators, operations, engineering, design, and data teams while defining requirements, KPIs, and scalable platform workflows.
