Conduct machine learning and computer vision research focused on image restoration, enhancement, generative models, 3D vision, detection, and tracking. Develop, optimize, and evaluate accurate, lightweight neural network models; formulate solutions and metrics; publish research; and transfer practical innovations into Fynd products. The role requires strong mathematical foundations, image-processing expertise, programming skills, and experience with deep learning frameworks.

Own the end-to-end product strategy and delivery for an enterprise FMCG distribution, field sales, and commerce platform. Manage CXO and daily-user relationships, make prioritization decisions, gather requirements, write specifications, prototype with AI coding tools, collaborate with engineering, test releases, and support deployment. The role requires rapid domain learning, strong analytical judgment, hands-on technical fluency, and the ability to discuss AI concepts including APIs, retrieval, evaluations, tokens, and latency-cost trade-offs.

Own new business development across UK retailers, brands, and distributors. Build and manage an enterprise sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, discovery, proposals, and contract signing. Sell commerce, ERP, and supply chain technology while engaging senior stakeholders. Develop systems integrator and agency partnerships, represent Fynd at industry events, maintain HubSpot, forecast accurately, and share market insights with product and marketing teams.
