Owns retail technology product vision, roadmaps, requirements, and delivery from discovery through launch and adoption. Analyzes business processes, identifies automation opportunities, manages UAT and rollout, and coordinates cross-functional teams. Applies Generative AI to product development and business operations while evaluating APIs, integrations, data flows, and AI solution feasibility. Manages stakeholders, risks, dependencies, success metrics, and continuous product improvement across retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and omnichannel environments.

Generate outbound SaaS sales opportunities through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels; research target accounts, identify decision-makers, qualify and nurture leads, schedule meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM records, track sales metrics, and provide market and prospect insights to sales and marketing teams.

Create and edit high-quality video content for podcasts, events, social media campaigns, and product showcases. Responsibilities include visual storytelling, motion graphics, animation, sound design, color grading, AI-assisted editing, platform-specific adaptation, quality control, and collaboration with marketing, design, and product teams.
