Build and improve responsive front-end features for an eCommerce product used across 34+ countries. Write scalable React-based code, consume REST APIs, optimize for performance and metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product fit and quality.

Create compelling digital designs and illustrations, ensure brand guideline consistency across media, collaborate with the team, monitor industry and social media trends, and maintain strong typography and conceptual design standards.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end web applications. Collaborate on feature delivery, optimize performance, implement security, integrate UIs with server logic, write reusable code, troubleshoot and review code, and stay current with technologies.

Guide new customers through onboarding, drive product adoption (payments, links, shops, vPOS), handle inquiries across video, chat, email and WhatsApp, recommend solutions, proactively improve retention, and collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Product to resolve issues.
