Job Description

At Fygaro, we’re on a mission to simplify commerce and payments across the Americas. We’re looking for a Customer Success Consultant who thrives on helping businesses grow and succeed using technology.

 

💡 What You’ll Do

  • Guide new customers through onboarding and ensure a smooth setup experience
  • Understand merchant needs and recommend the right Fygaro solutions
  • Drive product adoption across features like payments, links, shops, and vPOS
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer performance and retention
  • Handle customer inquiries across video call, chat, email, and WhatsApp with speed and clarity
  • Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Product teams to resolve issues and improve workflows

 

Qualifications

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years in Customer Success, Support, or Consulting (SaaS or fintech is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills (clear, friendly, and solution-oriented)
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple clients
  • Proactive mindset — you don’t wait for problems, you prevent them
  • Spanish & English proficiency required
