The Senior NPI Manufacturing Engineer will lead manufacturing process development and validation for new UAV systems, ensuring design optimization for manufacturability and cost, while collaborating across technical teams.

Own and improve reliability, security, and performance of on‑premises and cloud infrastructure across Microsoft 365, Windows/Linux/macOS, Azure/AWS, identity, endpoints, and collaboration platforms. Lead incident response, patching, monitoring, backups, compliance for controlled environments (GCC High/ITAR), mentor junior staff, automate operations, and manage service records using Jira/Confluence while supporting engineering application integrations and infrastructure modernization.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles, source passive candidates, manage applicant flow in ATS, partner with hiring managers, track hiring metrics, support employer branding, ensure ITAR/EEOC compliance, and provide on-site recruiting support across business units with periodic travel.

Lead end-to-end aerospace manufacturing operations including production, planning, production control, flight operations, and NPI. Drive SIOP, lean continuous improvement, capacity planning, ERP/MRP-driven scheduling, KPI reporting, regulatory compliance (AS9100, ITAR/EAR, FAA), budgeting, staffing, and cross-functional alignment to scale production and ensure on-time customer deliveries.

Support development of unmanned aerial systems by implementing and testing embedded firmware and Linux code (C/C++/Rust), building Python automation tools, performing hardware bring-up and sensor integration, debugging with test equipment, and collaborating across electrical, mechanical, systems, and test teams from prototype to validation.

The Test Engineer II will design, develop, and validate test solutions for drone products, troubleshoot issues, and improve manufacturing processes.

The Staff Software Engineer designs scalable software architectures for robotics systems, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and guides standards for modern C++ in embedded environments.

The Senior Electrical Engineer will design and validate drone technology, focusing on RF, BMS, motor control, and embedded systems, while collaborating cross-functionally.
