The role requires 20–50% domestic travel to supplier sites.

The Senior NPI Manufacturing Engineer will lead manufacturing process development and validation for new UAV systems, ensuring design optimization for manufacturability and cost, while collaborating across technical teams.

Design, prototype, test, and integrate electromechanical systems for UAS platforms. Produce CAD models, develop production tooling, manage engineering documentation and PDMS data, qualify vendors, support NPI builds, and participate in flight testing and manufacturing readiness.
