Lead incident response, patching, monitoring, backups, compliance for controlled environments (GCC High/ITAR), mentor junior staff, automate operations, and manage service records using Jira/Confluence while supporting engineering application integrations and infrastructure modernization.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles, source passive candidates, manage applicant flow in ATS, partner with hiring managers, track hiring metrics, support employer branding, ensure ITAR/EEOC compliance, and provide on-site recruiting support across business units with periodic travel.

The Qualification Test Engineer will develop and execute reliability test plans for drone applications, ensuring system performance under harsh conditions while collaborating across teams.
