The Senior NPI Manufacturing Engineer will lead manufacturing process development and validation for new UAV systems, ensuring design optimization for manufacturability and cost, while collaborating across technical teams.

Own and improve reliability, security, and performance of on‑premises and cloud infrastructure across Microsoft 365, Windows/Linux/macOS, Azure/AWS, identity, endpoints, and collaboration platforms. Lead incident response, patching, monitoring, backups, compliance for controlled environments (GCC High/ITAR), mentor junior staff, automate operations, and manage service records using Jira/Confluence while supporting engineering application integrations and infrastructure modernization.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles, source passive candidates, manage applicant flow in ATS, partner with hiring managers, track hiring metrics, support employer branding, ensure ITAR/EEOC compliance, and provide on-site recruiting support across business units with periodic travel.
