Create high-impact creative assets, manage event marketing and webinars, produce content and social media, use AI tools to accelerate work, and coordinate cross-functionally while managing multiple projects and deadlines. Hybrid role requiring Baltimore office presence 2+ days per week.

Lead and scale engineering and product development for a cyber, compliance, and GRC platform. Embed AI across products, own platform architecture, drive agile high-velocity delivery, ensure security and data integrity, translate regulatory frameworks into workflows, and build a high-performing engineering team aligned with business leaders.

Build end-to-end features across a Rails/PostgreSQL backend and React/Next.js frontends, operate and debug AWS GovCloud infrastructure, integrate Microsoft Graph for evidence collection, use AI tools responsibly in development, and contribute to architecture, tooling, and shipping on a small senior team. Participate in an async-first workflow and provide a prototype as part of the application.

Lead compliance for CMMC, NIST 800-171, and DFARS 7012 across product and operations. Own compliance logic in the platform, review product changes, build and run education, certification programs, and manage the LMS. Provide sales enablement, support live events, and partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to ensure accurate, scalable compliance guidance and training.
