Provides comprehensive executive support to senior investment and trading professionals through complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, expense reporting, presentations, confidential communications, and event coordination. Partners proactively with executives and fellow assistants, handles shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, and supports office operations, employee events, and administrative initiatives. This is a five-day, on-site role in New York requiring discretion, urgency, adaptability, and exceptional service.

The Associate will support private equity transactions through financial analysis, due diligence, and monitoring portfolio performance, while preparing investment materials.

The Compliance Associate will lead fund compliance, manage conflicts, support regulatory obligations, oversee third-party risk, conduct trade surveillance, and improve the compliance program.

Lead full-stack engineering for enterprise-grade HR platforms, ensuring compliance, data governance, and technical integration alongside design and system architecture responsibilities.

The Analyst supports daily operational execution, including data checks, trade lifecycle coordination, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives. They also prepare operational reports and assist in audit readiness.

Lead the transformation agenda focused on AI-assisted process engineering and automation, while ensuring compliance and security in delivery.

Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing correspondence and presentations, handling confidential information, organizing meetings and events, submitting expenses, and partnering across the organization to ensure efficient executive operations.

Supports and enhances the firm's compliance program by maintaining policies, conducting annual assessments, monitoring employee trading and regulatory compliance, assisting with SEC filings, reviewing contracts, and coordinating compliance, harassment, and cybersecurity training. The role also monitors cybersecurity controls, supports business development and investor relations compliance, researches industry practices, and prepares policies and disclosures.

Leads corporate accounting, monthly and quarterly close, consolidation, financial reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, SOX readiness, audit support, and finance systems transformation. The role will standardize accounting policies, consolidate general ledgers, modernize reporting processes, build scalable global and offshore operating models, and develop accounting talent while advising the CFO, Audit Committee, auditors, and senior leadership.

Drives sales of alternative investment products to financial advisors within an assigned U.S. territory. Builds advisor relationships through calls, virtual meetings, and email; profiles practices and investment processes; manages leads, sales pipelines, CRM data, and territory strategies. Represents mutual funds, REITs, and interval funds while tracking competitors and coordinating with internal teams. Provides guidance to junior sales team members.

Design, develop, and administer Advent Geneva RSL reports and integrations. Collaborate with users and developers to resolve accounting/data issues, build APIs, implement upgrades/patches, and integrate Geneva with OMS, Security Master, data warehouses and external platforms.

Evaluate equity and credit investment opportunities in digital infrastructure. Lead due diligence, build and stress-test financial models and valuations, draft investment memoranda, present to the Investment Committee, and work with portfolio company management to monitor and track investments.

Provide general office support including operating and troubleshooting office equipment, setting up conference rooms and video conferencing, managing supplies and inventory, coordinating mail and catering, preparing shipments and meeting materials, maintaining office tidiness, and performing ad hoc errands and administrative tasks.
