Supports a private equity secondaries investment team by sourcing, underwriting, valuing, and monitoring investment opportunities. Responsibilities include transaction modeling, portfolio valuation, market and company research, due diligence, pricing analysis, negotiation, execution, transaction documentation, investment committee presentations, deal sourcing, and monitoring analysis. The role requires strong analytical, modeling, organizational, writing, and relationship skills, with up to two years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or secondaries.

Provides comprehensive executive support to senior investment and trading professionals through complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, expense reporting, presentations, confidential communications, and event coordination. Partners proactively with executives and fellow assistants, handles shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, and supports office operations, employee events, and administrative initiatives. This is a five-day, on-site role in New York requiring discretion, urgency, adaptability, and exceptional service.

The Associate will support private equity transactions through financial analysis, due diligence, and monitoring portfolio performance, while preparing investment materials.
