Assess sites for technical, planning, power, and infrastructure suitability; develop grid connection and power strategies; support permitting, stakeholder and utility engagement; identify and mitigate technical risks; ensure deliverability, scalability, and construction readiness.

Lead group tax, audit and compliance for a multi-entity renewable energy group: optimise tax structure, manage transfer pricing, run external audits, ensure statutory filings, procure insurance, and manage corporate admin for entity setup across jurisdictions.

Design, build, and scale embedded connectivity and security for distributed energy devices. Implement networking (Ethernet/Wi‑Fi/Thread/Zigbee/BLE), secure provisioning, OTA firmware pipelines, telemetry, and diagnostics. Support testing, certification, manufacturing validation, and cross-functional collaboration from prototype to deployment.

Lead day-to-day operations of a new Birmingham training centre: manage staff, scheduling, budget, and facilities; own quality-management, accreditation, compliance, and health & safety; verify assessments, liaise with awarding bodies, and drive continuous improvement across technical training programs.

Lead development of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects from early-stage opportunity to energisation. Assess sites technically and for planning, manage grid connection and export strategies with AEMO and DNSPs, support permitting and stakeholder engagement, mitigate technical and development risks, and ensure projects are deliverable and aligned with construction and commissioning requirements.
