FUSE

FUSE is a national nonprofit that partners with city and county governments to improve public services and address high-priority community needs. It embeds experienced private-sector executives as full-time FUSE employees in government agencies for one- to two-year fellowships. Fellows lead strategic projects, co-designed with government and community partners, focused on systems change, organizational improvement, and measurable local impact across diverse communities nationwide.
