Oversee facility rehabilitation department, serve as liaison among Functional Pathways, the facility, and rehab staff; coordinate and integrate care, supervise clinicians, ensure documentation, support operations and quality of services, and promote professional development.

Lead the facility rehabilitation department, coordinate care between rehab staff and operations, ensure licensure/certification compliance, supervise and develop the therapy team, maintain documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support geriatric resident care.
