Build readiness frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks; drive cross-functional alignment, risk assessment, and go/no-go decisions. Mentor junior operations staff, own post-launch stabilization, and continuously improve processes and enablement materials.

Lead architecture and build scalable full‑stack web platforms for cancer screening. Deliver high‑performance ASP.NET Core services, modern Vue frontends, secure APIs, Azure deployments, testing/CI/CD, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams to ship reliable, observable, and compliant solutions.

Lead Function's multi-channel social and creator strategy to drive cultural relevance and measurable growth. Own social content, talent and influencer programs (organic and paid), build creator relationships, set creative standards, decode cultural trends, and lead a small team. Partner cross-functionally to tie cultural work to acquisition metrics and scale an always-on, performance-driven social engine.
