Owns projects that build and standardize revenue accounting processes, controls, documentation, and system requirements. The role investigates data and process issues, translates accounting needs for Data, Engineering, Finance, and Product teams, and drives cross-functional initiatives to completion. It requires strong US GAAP and ASC 606 knowledge, project management, process design, data analysis, and ERP or revenue recognition systems experience.

Corporate Counsel will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise cross-functional teams on legal and business risks, support employment matters, improve contracts and legal operations, and manage outside counsel. The role requires practical legal judgment, strong commercial contracting skills, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-growing technology or health-tech environment while partnering with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and People teams.

Lead the global workforce strategy workstream across People, Legal, Finance, Tax, and business leadership. Build cost-benefit analyses for contractor, EOR, and legal entity models; create decision frameworks and contractor guardrails; support UK expansion and LATAM hiring; drive stakeholder decisions; establish governance; and deliver playbooks, templates, and documentation for sustainable international growth.
