Own developer-focused product marketing for Fullstory, including messaging, positioning, GTM strategy, launches, enablement, technical content, developer advocacy, and product-led growth experiments. Build AI-native workflows, create code samples and documentation, optimize developer onboarding and activation, analyze behavioral data, and partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, Sales, and Developer Relations.

Build and implement AI-powered solutions for the Finance team, including workflow automation, data analysis, system integrations, data pipelines, and supporting infrastructure. Partner with finance stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, prepare and validate data, and guide finance professionals in using AI tools. The role will deliver scalable AI implementations and help establish AI automation best practices.

Leads and develops a team of Strategic Customer Solutions Engineers supporting complex enterprise accounts. Owns technical health, renewal risk, expansion opportunities, executive escalations, and net revenue retention contribution. Partners with Sales leadership, builds repeatable playbooks and QBR frameworks, improves value realization, and drives adoption of AI-powered workflows. The role requires technical fluency in web and mobile technologies, data architecture, integrations, and digital experience platforms.
