Provides accounting and financial support for SAE sections and affiliated activities. Responsibilities include processing transactions, preparing journal entries and reconciliations, reviewing event financial activity, producing reports, supporting close, budgeting, forecasting, audits, compliance, banking and credit card platforms, and advising volunteer treasurers and section leaders on financial policies and reporting.

Leads the strategy, lifecycle, financial performance, and growth of SAE’s professional development products. Identifies workforce skills gaps, develops business cases, prioritizes roadmaps, guides product delivery, conducts customer and efficacy research, and partners with sales and marketing on positioning. Engages industry stakeholders and subject matter experts, presents product recommendations, monitors usage and market trends, and mentors product managers.

Build and maintain B2B prospect and client relationships through consultative, solution-based selling. Generate opportunities from active leads, make 40–55 targeted outbound calls daily, develop customized advertising campaigns, identify evolving client needs, and document sales activity in a CRM. The role is on-site in Denville, New Jersey, with occasional travel of up to 5% to trade shows, industry events, and client sites.

Drives revenue growth across EMEA through reseller partnerships and direct strategic account management. Develops market-specific sales and channel strategies, expands institutional, corporate, government, and academic accounts, manages forecasts and budgets, maintains Salesforce pipeline data, and identifies market opportunities. Builds relationships with reseller leaders and key stakeholders while coordinating go-to-market initiatives with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams. The role requires 25–35% travel across European markets.

Supports cybersecurity-focused industry-managed and certification programs through audit reviews, task group leadership, auditor recruitment and training, standards development, technical reporting, and quality-system support. The role serves as a cybersecurity subject matter expert, contributes to internal improvement projects, maintains technical proficiency, supports budgets, and travels approximately 30% of the time.

Performs accounting close activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end and year-end close tasks, audit workpapers, and client support documentation. Maintains accurate, audit-ready account records, investigates discrepancies, uses ERP and Excel tools, and collaborates with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll teams. Escalates complex reconciling items and unusual transactions to senior accounting staff.

Leads group-wide software engineering strategy, architecture, standards, code quality, release governance, platform performance, risk mitigation, budgets, and team structure. Manages large insourced and outsourced engineering, quality, and technical teams while mentoring leaders and recruiting talent. Directs development of full-stack applications, event-driven microservices, AI/NLP systems, and front-end experiences. Partners with product, UX, support, and other business units to deliver scalable solutions and continuous improvement.

Oversees the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including intake, drafting, review, limited negotiation, risk assessment, approvals, execution, and repository management. Administers the CLM system, maintains templates and clause libraries, validates signer authority, monitors contract metrics, and supports compliance, audits, and process improvement. Partners with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and business stakeholders across multiple affiliated organizations.
