Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Customer Officer and VP of Marketing by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, handling confidential information, tracking priorities and action items, and supporting leadership meetings, events, and special projects to improve executive efficiency.

Lead the CRM business unit end-to-end: set vision and strategy, own product roadmap and engineering delivery, manage PM and engineering leaders, drive KPIs (revenue, retention, engagement, churn), and scale an AI-first, data-intensive, multi-tenant CRM product integrated with dealership systems and third-party data.
