Provide strategic administrative and operational support to the CEO and senior leadership: manage complex global calendars, plan end-to-end international travel, act as internal/external point of contact, organize off-sites and leadership events, own cross-functional projects, draft high-quality confidential communications, and use AI/tools to improve workflows while working across US–Israel time zones.
