Develop and automate application security tooling, workflows, and AI security agents. Conduct secure code reviews, manage vulnerabilities, promote secure coding standards, and integrate security into R&D and DevOps processes. Build capabilities for detecting malicious activity, triaging alerts, and investigating incidents. The role also includes documenting security product requirements and securing LLM-based and agentic applications across cloud-native environments.

Own the strategy and roadmap for the Customer Data Platform’s data layer and sources. Translate technical architecture decisions into product requirements and business outcomes, lead discovery through launch and adoption, engage customers and CSMs, and partner with engineering on execution. The role requires experience with scaled B2B SaaS products, complex data platforms, integrations, analytical prioritization, US customers, and simplifying technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders.

Develop and maintain high-performance backend code and web applications. Design APIs and third-party integrations, build microservices, optimize performance, support deployments, and implement automated testing. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate requirements into technical solutions, participate in code reviews, establish development standards, and use AI tools to drive product innovation.
