Design, build, test, and deploy frontend features using modern frameworks. Ensure performance, code quality, automated testing, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Manage a personal book of enterprise accounts, build executive relationships, drive adoption and retention, lead/coach a small CSM team, coordinate professional services, resolve escalations, analyze account metrics, and identify expansion opportunities.

Lead and manage the companys business application stack (primarily Salesforce). Configure/customize Salesforce, design workflows, manage integrations, ensure CRM data quality, oversee training and documentation, collaborate with leadership and data teams, prioritize initiatives, and identify opportunities for new solutions and automations.
