Own tool schemas, RAG systems, prompt/version control, agent evaluation, escalation logic, and full model lifecycle (training, deployment, monitoring, retraining). Quantify model impact and ship production-grade systems integrated with dealership services and lakehouse data.

Own CI/CD, observability, and incident response for a serverless-first, GitOps-driven AWS platform. Build and maintain GitOps infrastructure (OpenTofu/Terragrunt), pipelines (GitHub Actions/CodePipeline), deployment patterns (canary/blue-green), observability (CloudWatch/X-Ray), caching and DB tuning, secrets management, security tooling, and on-call/runbook practices for a latency-sensitive real-time call-intelligence system.

Lead and own a multi-account AWS platform and Terraform/OpenTofu codebase. Design network, security, and IaC standards; build and maintain lakehouse and ETL/ELT pipelines using Glue, Spark, Python, Step Functions, Lambda, and Databricks; manage Aurora databases; enforce data governance, CDC, data quality, and PCI-relevant segmentation while mentoring engineers and performing Well-Architected reviews.

Lead improvements to cloud and software delivery security across Azure and AKS. Secure CI/CD, containers, secrets, and infrastructure as code; manage vulnerabilities, least-privilege access, and audit readiness while partnering with engineering, IT, product, quality, and compliance teams.

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce CRM solutions (Apex, LWC, Flow). Lead integrations, provide architecture guidance, troubleshoot cross-system issues, contribute to Agile delivery, mentor engineers, and support escalated technical incidents.
