Own and scale core data infrastructure across warehouse, BI, and operational systems. Build and optimize DOMO reporting and data flows, integrate Snowflake, BigQuery, and SQL Server data, administer Snowflake, create scalable ingestion/transformation pipelines, develop dbt models and orchestration (Airflow/Dagster), monitor data quality, and partner with stakeholders to deliver reliable analytics.

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce CRM solutions (Apex, LWC, Flow). Lead integrations, provide architecture guidance, troubleshoot cross-system issues, contribute to Agile delivery, mentor engineers, and support escalated technical incidents.

Provide L2/L3 support for Salesforce, Workday, and other platforms: troubleshoot integrations and failed batch jobs, perform light configuration changes, triage and own tickets, escalate to engineering, and document solutions to reduce repeat issues in a remote, distributed team.

Execute and maintain manual test cases and plans, identify and document defects, perform regression and cross-browser testing, validate APIs with Postman, track issues in Jira/Azure DevOps, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution and improve QA processes.

Lead improvements to cloud and software delivery security across Azure and AKS. Secure CI/CD, containers, secrets, and infrastructure as code; manage vulnerabilities, least-privilege access, and audit readiness while partnering with engineering, IT, product, quality, and compliance teams.
