Supports the CTO and CEO by managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, recruiting schedules, action items, agendas, communications, and confidential information. Coordinates executive commitments with customers, partners, candidates, and external organizations while protecting leadership focus time. The role requires proactive prioritization, strong organization, independent judgment, and interest in using AI and automation to improve administrative processes. This is a full-time remote position for candidates based in the Philippines, aligned with US Central business hours.

Lead improvements to cloud and software delivery security across Azure and AKS. Secure CI/CD, containers, secrets, and infrastructure as code; manage vulnerabilities, least-privilege access, and audit readiness while partnering with engineering, IT, product, quality, and compliance teams.

Lead and own a multi-account AWS platform and Terraform/OpenTofu codebase. Design network, security, and IaC standards; build and maintain lakehouse and ETL/ELT pipelines using Glue, Spark, Python, Step Functions, Lambda, and Databricks; manage Aurora databases; enforce data governance, CDC, data quality, and PCI-relevant segmentation while mentoring engineers and performing Well-Architected reviews.

Design, build, evaluate, and productionize LLM agents and predictive models for automotive retail. Own tool schemas, RAG systems, prompt/version control, agent evaluation, escalation logic, and full model lifecycle (training, deployment, monitoring, retraining). Quantify model impact and ship production-grade systems integrated with dealership services and lakehouse data.
