QA Engineer responsible for manual and automated testing of web, API, and mobile applications. Create and execute test cases, build and maintain automation scripts, log and track defects, support release testing, and collaborate with developers and product managers in an Agile environment to improve test coverage and processes.

Execute and maintain manual test cases and plans, identify and document defects, perform regression and cross-browser testing, validate APIs with Postman, track issues in Jira/Azure DevOps, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution and improve QA processes.

Lead improvements to cloud and software delivery security across Azure and AKS. Secure CI/CD, containers, secrets, and infrastructure as code; manage vulnerabilities, least-privilege access, and audit readiness while partnering with engineering, IT, product, quality, and compliance teams.
