Full-time family medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant providing outpatient primary care at Caldwell Clinic. Responsibilities include delivering compassionate patient care, participating in weekday clinic shifts with possible evening or Saturday rotations, and maintaining required Idaho licensure, DEA and pharmacy registrations, credentialing, and eligibility for government and third-party healthcare programs.

Provides comprehensive clinical leadership and oversight for urgent care operations, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered, efficient care. Collaborates with clinic managers, advanced practice providers, and stakeholders to improve clinical performance, quality, and staff engagement. Supports Full Circle Health’s mission of serving underserved Idaho communities and educating healthcare professionals.

Supports the Designated Institutional Official in leading graduate medical education programs. Serves as liaison to residency and fellowship leadership, coordinators, residents, and fellows; supports the Graduate Medical Education Committee; mentors program coordinators; and helps manage accreditation, regulatory compliance, program activities, process improvement, reporting systems, and administrative priorities.

Supports clinic reception by assisting patients with appointment check-in and checkout, helping maximize patient satisfaction and clinical operations. The role follows weekday daytime hours with possible evening and rotating Saturday shifts. Responsibilities require customer service, accurate patient assistance, and collaboration within a healthcare setting. Previous medical office and call center experience are preferred, while a Certified Medical Interpreter credential is also preferred.
