Directs the Pediatric Residency of Idaho while providing approximately 50% clinical care and 50% administrative leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing ACGME-accredited pediatric education, supporting faculty and residents, maintaining compliance, coordinating clinical and rural rotations, leading curriculum and program operations, and providing newborn nursery rounding and limited after-hours clinic call coverage.

Supports clinic reception by checking patients in and out, assisting with appointment processes, promoting patient satisfaction, and supporting clinical operations. The role requires customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably medical office, call center, or certified medical interpreter experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Supports clinic reception by assisting patients with appointment check-in and checkout, maximizing patient satisfaction and efficient clinical operations. The role follows a weekday schedule with occasional evening clinic coverage and requires strong customer service skills. Responsibilities involve front-desk patient support in a healthcare setting. Medical office and call center experience are preferred, and certified medical interpreter credentials are preferred.

Coordinates healthcare services for patients with chronic or complex conditions or high care needs. Responsibilities include screening, assessment, care planning, implementation, coordination with providers and community partners, monitoring, and evaluation. The role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and requires an RN, LPN, or master's-prepared social worker license in Idaho. Clinical practice experience is required, while case management, population health, transitions of care, pediatrics, and Certified Case Manager credentials are preferred.

Full-time family medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant providing outpatient primary care at Caldwell Clinic. Responsibilities include delivering compassionate patient care, participating in weekday clinic shifts with possible evening or Saturday rotations, and maintaining required Idaho licensure, DEA and pharmacy registrations, credentialing, and eligibility for government and third-party healthcare programs.

Provides comprehensive clinical leadership and oversight for urgent care operations, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered, efficient care. Collaborates with clinic managers, advanced practice providers, and stakeholders to improve clinical performance, quality, and staff engagement.
