Directs the Pediatric Residency of Idaho while providing approximately 50% clinical care and 50% administrative leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing ACGME-accredited pediatric education, supporting faculty and residents, maintaining compliance, coordinating clinical and rural rotations, leading curriculum and program operations, and providing newborn nursery rounding and limited after-hours clinic call coverage.

Supports clinic reception by checking patients in and out, assisting with appointment processes, promoting patient satisfaction, and supporting clinical operations. The role requires customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably medical office, call center, or certified medical interpreter experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Supports clinic reception by assisting patients with appointment check-in and checkout, maximizing patient satisfaction and efficient clinical operations. The role follows a weekday schedule with occasional evening clinic coverage and requires strong customer service skills. Responsibilities involve front-desk patient support in a healthcare setting. Medical office and call center experience are preferred, and certified medical interpreter credentials are preferred.
