Candidates must have 10+ years vendor inspection experience, strong reporting and communication skills, English proficiency, full right to work in Australia, and availability for on-call freelance assignments.

Coordinate QA/QC staffing and candidate management for energy projects: source and prepare candidates, liaise with clients, manage placements, oversee performance, ensure SLAs/KPIs, mentor team members, audit compliance, and drive process improvements.
