Support coordination team in sourcing, placing, and managing QA/QC personnel. Provide administrative support (CV formatting, record-keeping), communicate contractual terms and task documents, screen and submit site reports, collect feedback, manage candidate relations, assist reporting, scheduling, and collaborate with accounts. Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs and learn commercial negotiation for placements.

Lead and execute commercial strategies across regions, manage bidding/tendering, contracts, supplier registration/AVL, insurance compliance, RFQs/RFPs, mentor commercial team, and support sales and cross-functional stakeholders.

Supports global intercompany accounting through balance reconciliations, invoice processing, transfer pricing recharges, journal preparation, variance analysis, data validation, and month-end close activities. The role also analyzes financial datasets, maintains audit-ready documentation, coordinates with regional finance teams, improves controls and reporting, and contributes to ERP implementations and automation initiatives.
