Provide administrative support to the regional management team, manage incoming enquiries and calls, update and maintain the client/inspector database, format CVs, book meetings, take minutes, support AP/AR enquiries, and help organise team events while ensuring data and scheduling accuracy.

Coordinate QA/QC staffing and candidate management for energy projects: source and prepare candidates, liaise with clients, manage placements, oversee performance, ensure SLAs/KPIs, mentor team members, audit compliance, and drive process improvements.

Plan, monitor, and control complex project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project. Apply PMI/AACE standards and EVM to track SPI/CPI, analyze critical path and TIAs, produce progress reports and S-curves, develop short- and medium-term lookaheads, and support forecasting and schedule risk mitigation to maintain data integrity across the project lifecycle.
