The Associate Director leads multi-disciplinary teams in delivering construction projects, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance while focusing on profitability and team development.

Lead and deliver complex public-sector construction projects from initiation to completion. Manage project teams, client relationships, fees and bids, governance, H&S compliance (CDM 2015), mentoring, and continuous improvement while supporting senior leadership and maintaining internal systems.

Manage large-scale residential remediation projects from inception to handover. Lead project teams, produce programmes, support procurement and tendering, administer change control and defects, negotiate budgets and final accounts, ensure CDM 2015 and H&S compliance, and drive client satisfaction and post-project reviews.

Serve as Principal Designer under CDM 2015, advising clients on health & safety, managing pre-construction activities, preparing H&S documentation, conducting site audits, coordinating design risk management, and supporting senior consultants through project handover.

Provide CDM 2015 Principal Designer services across residential and commercial projects: manage pre-construction, prepare and review H&S documentation, conduct CDM site audits, advise clients and design teams on risk management, support senior consultants, and ensure compliant handover of Health & Safety Files.
