The Sales Development Representative will generate leads, collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and adapt to change while pursuing targets in the manufacturing industry.

Own Fulcrum’s Sales Development organization and pipeline target. Build the SDR team, hiring and onboarding systems, coaching programs, dashboards, workflows, and outbound playbooks. Cold call alongside representatives, analyze funnel performance and calls, test messaging and targeting, improve conversion, develop leaders, and use AI to automate work and accelerate organizational learning. Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product while maintaining accountability for SDR performance.

Lead content-driven product marketing: turn technical customer insights into clear stories, produce video and podcast content, build web landing pages, manage content library, support product launches, and travel onsite to interview and observe customers. Collaborate cross-functionally and use AI tools to iterate and scale content.
