Administer and secure cloud and Red Hat Enterprise Linux infrastructure for the Digital Bloodhound program. Monitor system health, troubleshoot availability and performance issues, manage access controls, develop Ansible, Bash, and Python automation, support incident response and vulnerability remediation, maintain Git-based infrastructure code, and collaborate on deployment workflows. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and is based in or requires relocation to Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Maintains cybersecurity posture for defense space systems through access control, security configuration, RMF compliance, vulnerability and incident response, policy enforcement, configuration management, and cybersecurity documentation. Coordinates with ISSM, security authorities, and cybersecurity offices to address risks, exceptions, and system changes. Requires DoD/IC space acquisition experience, Top Secret/SCI clearance, Security+ certification, and up to 10% travel.

Supports the design, testing, calibration, and deployment of predictive risk models for Naval safety. Analyzes complex datasets using time series analysis, forecasting, statistical modeling, causal inference, anomaly detection, feature engineering, and machine learning. Develops models in Python or R and collaborates with data scientists and software engineers to transition analytical solutions into operational environments.

Develop and maintain software systems, Databricks data pipelines, automated tests, dashboards, and reports supporting Naval Safety Command. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, design, coding, debugging, documentation, technical specification writing, and end-user collaboration. The developer will use Python or related technologies, PySpark, Git, and Databricks while partnering with data scientists and software developers to productionize models and integrate features.

Leads FTI Defense’s Navy growth strategy by identifying mission challenges, positioning technology solutions, shaping acquisition opportunities, and driving contracts from early engagement through scaled adoption. Builds trusted relationships across Navy operational, sustainment, logistics, acquisition, cyber, and mission-support communities. Partners with technology, engineering, capture, and operations teams to develop solution narratives, influence requirements, mature pipelines, and expand successful programs across commands and mission areas.

Leads growth for the Navy account by identifying mission challenges, positioning technology solutions, shaping acquisition opportunities, and advancing engagements through contract award and scaled adoption. Builds trusted relationships across fleet, sustainment, acquisition, cyber, logistics, and mission-support communities. Develops account strategies, pipelines, value propositions, demonstrations, pilots, and proposals while coordinating technology, engineering, capture, and operations teams. Provides Navy market intelligence and expands adoption across commands and programs.

Leads hands-on DevOps and DevSecOps engineering, including cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, security remediation, container standards, repository management, and observability. Uses Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform, AWS, GitLab, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Also provides limited technical services leadership through staffing coordination, coaching, mentoring, feedback, and team culture development.

Leads information systems security and DevOps activities for Department of Defense and Intelligence Community space programs. Responsibilities include enforcing Air Force cybersecurity policies, managing access controls, security configurations, STIG compliance, configuration management, incident response, vulnerability remediation, and RMF-related activities. Provides limited technical services leadership through staffing coordination, coaching, mentoring, workload monitoring, and cross-team collaboration.

Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, containerized workloads, and cloud environments. Develop automation in Python and TypeScript, implement observability, integrate security scanning and compliance controls, and manage source-control workflows. The role supports AWS GovCloud and other platforms, applies NIST 800-53 and STIG requirements, and helps maintain continuous authorization to operate. Candidates need substantial DevOps experience, cloud infrastructure expertise, and eligibility for a TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities include routing, switching, firewall infrastructure, segmentation, high availability, disaster recovery, security hardening, stakeholder requirements gathering, technical design documentation, and ATO support. The role requires extensive Cisco networking, next-generation firewall, DISA STIG, and DoD security experience, plus up to 35% travel.

Develop algorithms and production services for Space Domain Awareness, including object detection, tracking, characterization, image processing, modeling, simulation, and sensor analysis. Build Python and Java/Spring Boot solutions, containerize them with Docker, deploy to Kubernetes, and participate in testing, CI/CD, and monitoring. Collaborate with domain experts, software engineers, and customers to validate results and communicate technical findings.
