Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders while managing and coaching a team of administrative professionals. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, event and office operations, CRM and expense processing, contract drafting, reporting and dashboards, bilingual support for LatAm teams, and leading staffing, performance management, and training initiatives to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Lead editorial content strategy and rapid-response content across earned, owned, and paid channels. Draft and edit press materials, digital copy, paid scripts, and executive messaging. Partner with media relations, digital, creative, SEO/AEO, and analytics teams to develop integrated campaigns, optimize discoverability, and ensure narrative consistency across channels under tight deadlines.

Six-month internship supporting strategic communications and financial services teams: monitor policy and regulatory developments, draft reports and analysis, support client projects, assist business development and pitch work, and build industry networks across EU stakeholders.
