Leads client-facing manufacturing transformation projects, overseeing scope, budgets, resources, KPIs, risks, deliverables, and client communications. Works extensively onsite with manufacturing clients to improve operational performance, compliance, and sustainable growth. The role also contributes to internal process improvement, business planning, recruiting, and project delivery standards.

As a Senior Advisor, you'll partner with clients in manufacturing to streamline operations, improve performance through specialized knowledge, and lead organizational change while acting as a trusted advisor.

Lead client-facing delivery of AI-enabled digital workforce solutions for manufacturing clients: manage discovery, implementation, adoption, budgets, schedules, risks, and a small delivery team while ensuring alignment with operational workflows and driving change management.

Serve as a strategic and hands-on consultant for manufacturing clients, leading operational and digital transformation initiatives (MES, IIoT, automation, AI). Drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost; develop roadmaps, business cases, dashboards, and executive deliverables; coach leadership and build client capability while operating as an independent contractor.

Lead and grow the Operational Transformation consulting practice by originating and delivering large-scale manufacturing transformation engagements. Combine business development, executive advisory, and delivery leadership to drive Lean, digital, and AI-enabled improvements across multi-site operations while building firm capabilities and mentoring consulting teams.
