Teams at FTE Factory Advisors

Leads client-facing manufacturing transformation projects, overseeing scope, budgets, resources, KPIs, risks, deliverables, and client communications. Develops cost-benefit analyses, supports business development, identifies expansion opportunities, and coaches senior advisory teams. Works extensively onsite with manufacturing clients to improve operational performance, compliance, and sustainable growth. The role also contributes to internal process improvement, business planning, recruiting, and project delivery standards.

As a Senior Advisor, you'll partner with clients in manufacturing to streamline operations, improve performance through specialized knowledge, and lead organizational change while acting as a trusted advisor.

Lead client-facing delivery of AI-enabled digital workforce solutions for manufacturing clients: manage discovery, implementation, adoption, budgets, schedules, risks, and a small delivery team while ensuring alignment with operational workflows and driving change management.
