As a Senior Advisor, you'll partner with clients in manufacturing to streamline operations, improve performance through specialized knowledge, and lead organizational change while acting as a trusted advisor.

Lead client-facing delivery of AI-enabled digital workforce solutions for manufacturing clients: manage discovery, implementation, adoption, budgets, schedules, risks, and a small delivery team while ensuring alignment with operational workflows and driving change management.

Serve as a strategic and hands-on consultant for manufacturing clients, leading operational and digital transformation initiatives (MES, IIoT, automation, AI). Drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost; develop roadmaps, business cases, dashboards, and executive deliverables; coach leadership and build client capability while operating as an independent contractor.
