Provides transactional and administrative support across procurement and repair supply chain functions. Creates and maintains purchase and repair orders, tracks shipments and milestones, follows up with vendors, maintains records, supports invoice matching, generates reports, and coordinates with receiving and logistics. The role requires accurate data entry, organized documentation, escalation of overdue items, and flexible support across Procurement and Repairs.

Supervise tooling engineering activities, including new tool development, modifications, deployment, maintenance, and production-line support. Manage tooling schedules, repairs, vendors, quotes, specifications, and technical support. Improve part quality, reduce scrap and conversion costs, enhance equipment OEE, address shop-floor bottlenecks, maintain safety standards, and communicate tooling information to management.

Processes, audits, organizes, and maintains commercial jet engine maintenance records. Reviews compliance with manufacturer requirements, service bulletins, modifications, and airworthiness directives; prepares records packages and life-limited parts documentation; manages electronic storage and work order priorities; verifies maintenance entries and resolves documentation deficiencies.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives across aviation engine MRO and manufacturing operations. Identify bottlenecks, improve workflow and resource utilization, develop standard work, track KPIs, build dashboards, and implement Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and structured problem-solving practices. Partner with quality, engineering, supply chain, and production teams; train employees; conduct Gemba walks; support facility layout improvements; and report project performance to leadership.

Reviews customer work scopes and engine documentation for CFM56 products, prepares shop and incoming documentation, leads production gate meetings, supports disassembly, assembly, and inspection, verifies part interchangeability, prepares technical findings, manages manufacturer cases, updates Quantum job cards, reviews FAA Airworthiness Directives, and supports material coordination and daily engineering activities.

Owns operational and supply technology products end to end, including process discovery, future-state definition, stakeholder alignment, requirements, user stories, development oversight, testing, rollout, and impact measurement. The role manages roadmaps, scope, timelines, risks, and cross-functional handoffs while improving processes in an operations, manufacturing, industrial, or supply-chain environment.

Coordinates shipping and logistics operations, including documentation, inventory tracking, carrier scheduling, order fulfillment, transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Maintains accurate records, resolves shipment issues, supports hazardous materials compliance, and analyzes logistics performance reports. The role requires frequent physical activity in a shop environment, including standing, walking, climbing, driving, and lifting.

Oversee component repair planning, production workflow, supply chain coordination, inventory performance, and operational reporting. Track work orders, identify bottlenecks, coordinate priorities across teams, expedite critical materials, analyze inventory trends, and provide leadership with accurate schedules, dashboards, and performance updates. Support forecasting, resource allocation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve turnaround times, material availability, and on-time delivery.

Plans, coordinates, and optimizes production workflows to meet deliverables. Analyzes capacity, cycle time, urgency, manpower, and equipment needs; develops reports and KPIs; supports capacity modeling, production analysis, and business initiatives. The role requires working in a physically demanding shop environment, including standing, walking, driving, climbing, lifting, and working around noise.

Sources and purchases materials, parts, commodities, and services for MRO/MRE operations. Manages suppliers, inventory levels, shortages, repair orders, costs, and vendor performance while coordinating with Supply Chain and Operations. Performs sourcing analyses, supports buy-versus-repair decisions, monitors repair timelines, contributes to process improvement, and provides reporting and ad hoc support across the supply chain organization.
