Processes, audits, organizes, and maintains commercial jet engine maintenance records. Reviews compliance with manufacturer requirements, service bulletins, modifications, and airworthiness directives; prepares records packages and life-limited parts documentation; manages electronic storage and work order priorities; verifies maintenance entries and resolves documentation deficiencies.

Coordinates engine-part kitting and material movement between supply chain, production, engineering, and maintenance teams. Reviews schedules, prepares kits, expedites shortages, sources alternatives, validates documentation against FAA requirements, interprets engine manuals, and delivers materials to technicians. Maintains minimum kits, tracks progress, and provides status updates. The role requires extensive standing, walking, driving, climbing, and lifting in a noisy shop environment.

Reviews customer work scopes and engine documentation for CFM56 products, prepares shop and incoming documentation, leads production gate meetings, supports disassembly, assembly, and inspection, verifies part interchangeability, prepares technical findings, manages manufacturer cases, updates Quantum job cards, reviews FAA Airworthiness Directives, and supports material coordination and daily engineering activities.
