Develops and improves technical programs, procedures, standards, equipment-management and calibration systems for regulated manufacturing and industrial projects. Provides technical guidance on process piping, inspections, testing, documentation, compliance, investigations, training, and engineering support. Reviews deliverables, coordinates equipment maintenance and calibration, supports audits and field activities, and drives quality and operational improvements. The role works across office, laboratory, manufacturing, construction, and client environments with travel up to 25%.

Manage bulk and specialty gas vendor packages throughout design, procurement, construction, commissioning, testing, and handover. Review process designs, calculations, equipment selections, PFDs, P&IDs, controls, utility requirements, and safety compliance. Coordinate vendors, contractors, clients, and multidisciplinary engineering teams; support tender reviews, FAT, construction integration, HAZID, HAZOP, start-up, performance testing, SAT, and final handover for semiconductor manufacturing projects.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles: source, screen, interview, present candidates, coordinate interviews and pre-employment checks, extend offers, support onboarding, maintain ATS records, build talent pipelines, track recruiting metrics, and improve hiring processes while partnering with hiring managers.

Supervise records staff and manage construction document workflows: receive, log, audit, file, track, and secure project records. Maintain inventory, supplies, and shipping/receiving. Train staff, enforce standardized filing taxonomy and data entry, support project information requests, and perform site-based document control tasks requiring PPE and physical activity.

Perform mechanical quality assurance and weld inspections for cleanroom projects. Oversee subcontractor quality, conduct source/material inspections, support RFIs, report daily progress, analyze quality data, and inspect welds per AWS B5.1/BPVC IX on stainless and plastic (PVDF, PP, PE, PVC, CPVC) including orbital and glue-bonded joints. Work with Excel/Word and customer portals and liaise with customers and contractors.

Lead onsite document control for a major pharmaceutical construction project using EIDA. Manage drawings, RFIs, submittals, revisions, traceability, turnover records, and document flow across owners, EPC, contractors, QA/QC, commissioning, and project teams. Train and coordinate doc control staff, maintain registers and audit records, support QA/QC, commissioning, validation, and final closeout, and drive process improvements.

Coordinate and manage de-energized electrical work (DEEW) permitting and downtime for critical factory equipment. Ensure compliance, audit DEEW permits, resolve trade issues, conduct investigations, and advise project stakeholders on safety and impact.

Design, program, and commission Tridium Niagara-based building automation systems for HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management. Collaborate with clients and project teams to develop specifications, configure controllers and UIs, test and troubleshoot systems, provide technical support and training, and document solutions.

Lead onsite document control for a major pharmaceutical construction project using EIDA. Manage engineering drawings, RFIs, submittals, revisions, transmittals, turnover records, and document registers. Coordinate document flow across owners, EPC, contractors, QA/QC, commissioning, and project stakeholders. Train and supervise document control staff, ensure compliance with client standards and GMP-like requirements, support commissioning/validation and project closeout, and implement process improvements to increase document quality and traceability.

Lead commissioning activities for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems. Perform field validation, functional performance testing, witness testing, report writing, submittal and design reviews, and support construction teams. Manage schedules, billable hours, mentor staff, run Cx meetings, and support client relationships, safety, and quality goals. Travel to regional job sites as required.
