Manage engineering drawings, RFIs, submittals, revisions, transmittals, turnover records, and document registers. Coordinate document flow across owners, EPC, contractors, QA/QC, commissioning, and project stakeholders. Train and supervise document control staff, ensure compliance with client standards and GMP-like requirements, support commissioning/validation and project closeout, and implement process improvements to increase document quality and traceability.
