Administer and optimize Microsoft SQL Server environments across development, test, and production. Responsibilities include performance tuning, backup and recovery, high availability, disaster recovery, security, patching, automation, monitoring, capacity management, database deployments, and production support. The role partners with development, infrastructure, security, QA, and DevOps teams while supporting on-premises and cloud-hosted SQL Server platforms.

Performs general ledger and bank reconciliations, month-end close activities, financial statement preparation, expense analysis, budgeting, fixed asset accounting, and AP/AR support. Maintains financial records, prepares reports, supports audits and inventory counts, and addresses accounting inquiries. The role is full-time and onsite in Santa Ana, California.

Manage B2B client accounts, serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. Coordinate implementations, daily account tasks, print and mail production workflows, technical troubleshooting, documentation, billing accuracy, and client reporting. The role requires strong organization, communication, critical thinking, technical aptitude, and process improvement skills in an onsite SaaS-based production environment.

Provide end-to-end HR operations and compliance support: manage leaves of absence and workers' comp, administer reward and recognition programs, respond to employee inquiries, maintain HR systems and documentation, conduct investigations, assist with payroll and benefits, and ensure federal and state law compliance.

Process and reconcile customer billing and accounts receivable: prepare and review invoices, maintain billing files, upload and mail invoices, prepare cash reports, apply deposits, assist collections, and perform related scanning and data entry tasks using company accounting systems.

The Relationship Manager will manage key client partnerships, drive revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities within the Credit Union sector.
