The Relationship Manager will manage key client partnerships, drive revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities within the Credit Union sector.

Manually prepare custom mailing orders by folding and inserting documents into envelopes or packages following job-specific checklists. Verify counts by scanning pieces, perform quality checks, report errors to shift leads, deliver completed work to QA, and assist with additional department tasks. Work a second shift schedule with frequent overtime and occasional Saturday shifts during high-volume cycles.

Serve as primary client contact to manage daily account tasks, oversee implementations, monitor print/mail production workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, produce billing and client reports, and drive process improvements across internal teams.
