Lead FS-ISAC’s Canada strategy to grow membership, engagement, and partnerships across the Canadian financial services cybersecurity ecosystem. Serve as regional representative, drive membership acquisition and retention, engage regulators and industry stakeholders, support cross-functional initiatives and events, manage regional performance and budgets, and advance sector resilience through collaboration, exercises, and thought leadership.

Lead advanced cyber threat investigations and produce tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence for the financial sector. Analyze TTPs (mapped to MITRE ATT&CK), author reports and briefings, support information sharing, mentor junior analysts, leverage AI and automation, build partner relationships, and represent the organization at industry events. Requires driving intelligence strategy and cross-functional initiatives.

Provide frontline membership support via service desk and digital channels, manage and route member inquiries, maintain Salesforce member data quality, generate reports/dashboards, support CRM workflows, and recommend process improvements to enhance member experience and operational efficiency.
